Ben John
Ben john is the CTO of Xandr, which is part of an advertising online platform.
He holds a Ph.D in Computer science specializing in machine learning and big data mining. His experience of launching a software company when in school and running it for more than five years has taught him how a true leader had much to learn as well as unlearn inorder to empower the smartest people in her or his team to thrive. In his college to career series, he is looking to empower and inspire students in this transition.
